Feroz Rather is the author of The Night of Broken Glass, a novel-in-stories set in Kashmir. His prose has appeared in Granta, ZYZZYVA, World Literature Today and elsewhere. He is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Literature and Writing Department at Simmons University in Boston and is working on his second novel, The Derby Shoe, in which he follows a Kashmiri flaneur who’s adrift in New Delhi.
